How to Remove Image or Bitmap From ImageView in Android

In this android programming code example, we are going to explore how to remove image from ImageView in Android.

Steps

  1. Add an ImageView to XML layout file.
  2. Get the instance of the ImageView in the Activity class.
  3. Use theĀ setImageResource() method of the ImageView to remove any attached image.

activity_main.xml
