How to zoom-in and zoom-out image in Flutter

In this Google flutter code example we are going to learn how to zoom-in and zoom-out image in Flutter.

The code is based on flutter version 1.0.0

Main.dart (App entry point)

import 'package:flutter/material.dart';
import 'zoom_image_task-8.dart';

void main() => runApp(MyApp());

class MyApp extends StatelessWidget {
  // This widget is the root of your application.
  @override
  Widget build(BuildContext context) {
    return MaterialApp(
      title: 'Flutter Demo',
      debugShowCheckedModeBanner: false,
      theme: ThemeData(
        // This is the theme of your application.
        //
        // Try running your application with "flutter run". You'll see the
        // application has a blue toolbar. Then, without quitting the app, try
        // changing the primarySwatch below to Colors.green and then invoke
        // "hot reload" (press "r" in the console where you ran "flutter run",
        // or simply save your changes to "hot reload" in a Flutter IDE).
        // Notice that the counter didn't reset back to zero; the application
        // is not restarted.
        primarySwatch: Colors.blue,
      ),
      //home: MyHomePage(title: 'Flutter Demo Home Page'),
      home: ZoomImage(),
    );
  }
}

zoom_image_task-8.dart

import 'package:flutter/material.dart';
import 'package:zoomable_image/zoomable_image.dart';

//install `zoomable_image` package pub

class ZoomImage extends StatelessWidget {
  @override
  Widget build(BuildContext context) {
    return Scaffold(
      appBar: AppBar(
        centerTitle: true,
        title: Text('Zoom Image Example'),
      ),
      body: Center(
        child: ZoomableImage(ExactAssetImage('assets/images/umbrella.png')),
